Country House
Le Maggioline is the local name of violets in May, the month in which we all sisters and Mom Lina were born. Hospitality represents for us a great opportunity for mutual exchange and openness to the world that we have breathed since childhood.
Currently available as a vacation rental, the house can comfortably accommodate groups of friends and families, up to 12 people, but it can also be occasionally suited for private parties and small events in a unique setting full of charm and warmth.
Le Maggioline is a charming countryside villa in the heart of Tuscany, perched on a hilltop that offers breathtaking 360° views over the Valdinievole Valley.
Despite its peaceful, natural setting, the town center is less than 3 km away, and the renowned Grotta Giusti SPA Resort is only minutes away. Yet, the villa feels like it is in another world, nestled in an untouched paradise surrounded by woods and olive grove.
Renovated in 2016, the villa blends the warmth of its original features with modern comfort. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy dining area with a fireplace, a modern kitchen island, and a bright living room with a large window framing the breathtaking valley views.
Upstairs, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, parquet floors, and stylish furnishings, all offering stunning panoramic views.
Outside, a spacious terrace with veranda and barbecue invites you to unwind in the fresh air or enjoy outdoor meals. As one guest fondly shared: “Our favorite part was gathering around the long table each evening, sipping local wines and soaking in the majestic sunsets “.
The saltwater pool, completely renovated in 2023 and surrounded by olive trees, is a true gem. It’s perfect for both adults and children, offering a refreshing escape during hot summer days.
Kitchen Dining Room
The dining area, warm and welcoming, is the heart of the home. With a large fireplace, a modern kitchen peninsula, and rustic wooden tables, it’s perfect for enjoying dinners in a cozy and friendly atmosphere.
Living Room
The living room is bright and decorated in warm tones. It offers inviting spaces to relax: read a book, chat comfortably in the lounge, or admire the stunning view of a sunset framed by the large panoramic window, like a living painting, perhaps while enjoying a good local wine
Bedroom
The four en-suite bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its own unique style. While distinct in character, all are inspired by nature: soft wall colors, warm parquet floors, and breathtaking panoramic views combine to create an atmosphere of warmth and complete relaxation, offering guests a serene and peaceful retreat
